Ridgeway Elementary School
The Ridgeway School will accommodate 350 elementary and 120 kindergarten students. The proposed design achieves the challenge of creating a rich contemporary learning environment and maintaining the character-defining heritage elements of the building, while minimizing the construction cost premium of renovating an existing heritage building.
Vancouver Convention Centre West
Situated in downtown Vancouver, BC on the waterfront, this LEED registered (targeting Gold certification) building is a prominent building in Vancouver's changing shoreline, and will be home to the Main Media Centre for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
Chateau Blanc Hotel, Big White Ski Resort
Chateau Blanc Hotel, Big White Construction has begun on a landmark project on Big White Ski Mountain. The project includes a luxury $250 million hotel featuring 600 guestrooms, a full-facility conference centre, restaurant and retail stores.
River Rock Hotel & Parkade
The 5 storey, 192 room River Rock Hotel will be perched on top of a 700 ft. long, 7 storey, 1520 car parkade with offices and retail. It will be connected to the River Rock Casino Resort to the north with a bridge across River Road. To the south there is another bridge connected to the new Canada Line skytrain station and bus loop.
The Triangle - Mixed-Use Lifestyle Centre
This project is a regionally sensitive evolution of the "Lifestyle Centre" concept. The concept here is to provide a retail destination (260,000 sq.ft.) that includes a significant residential component (400 units). The retail portion comprises street oriented mid-size users (5,000 to 10,000 sq.ft.) and a few larger users (food store, fashion anchor, drug store).
The City Works Site, Port Coquitlam, BC

This development is designated as mixed-use with office space, restaurants, retail, high-rise residential building, underground parking, and offers significant public access open space.This project is designed to achieve the LEED Gold level of sustainable implementation, starting with offering recycling space on site.
