Delta Hospice
Now completed, this project occupies a 1.33 acre site adjacent to the Delta Hospital and serve North and South Delta with extending their support beyond families to friends, caregivers and community.
Ridgeway Elementary School
The Ridgeway School will accommodate 350 elementary and 120 kindergarten students. The proposed design achieves the challenge of creating a rich contemporary learning environment and maintaining the character-defining heritage elements of the building, while minimizing the construction cost premium of renovating an existing heritage building.
Irving K. Barber Learning Centre
The creation of the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre at the University of British Columbia involved the renovation of the original 1925 Library (the Heritage Core), the demolition of all subsequent additions, and 200,000 square feet of new construction.
SFU Student Residences and Dining Hall
Located in an area of the campus occupied by older, low-rise student residences, the project consists of a two-storey dining hall and three eight-storey U-shaped concrete residential towers.

Vancouver College Campus Enhancement
Completed 2007. Vancouver College is a kindergarten to grade 12 Catholic boy's school in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood of Vancouver. The College's objective was to provide new academic, athletic and spiritual facilities for their students.
UCFV Student Activity Centre
The 18,560-square-foot activity centre for University College of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford was constructed with large windows and unique, economical concrete tilt-up panels that provided an angled, sloping wall that wraps around the gymnasium.
Tamanawis Secondary School
Completed in 1994, Surrey's Tamanawis was designed as an adaptation of Elgin Park Secondary School, but tailored to suit its own unique needs with educational programs, such as Fine Arts and Science, structured as independent communities within the school.
Lord Roberts Elementary School
Built in 1907, this load-bearing masonry structure in the heart of Vancouver's West End was successfully renovated in 1996 to current seismic, environmental, and educational standards without compromising its architectural heritage.
Kwantlen University College Surrey:
Phases I and II
Site planning for the school produced a major grid and two axes that recall the sectional pattern of rural Surrey, while the buildings of the second phase were arranged around an inner courtyard and include a three-storey academic block, a two-storey administration wing, and a recreational facility.
Elgin Secondary School
With roof monitors to daylight the space from above, and a concourse that separates noisy facilities from the quiet classrooms, the design for this 900-student Surrey school is based on a central two-storey social "street" that links the main entrance to a large multi-purpose cafeteria facing playing fields and a park.
Collingwood Village Elementary School
This 225-student school is part of a community centre complex located in the heart of Vancouver's Collingwood Neighborhood, and was the city's first new elementary school in two decades when it was completed in 2002.
Bayridge Elementary School
Made of non-combustible materials, this single-storey, 26,000-square-foot Surrey school features moveable partitions for reconfiguring classrooms, and an accessible crawl space that houses the mechanical and electrical systems.
