Concord Pacific Place is located on the Expo 86 site along Vancouver’s False Creek inlet. This urban complex was the largest private real estate project in North America. DA Architects + Planners partnered with several other leading Vancouver design teams in creating a master plan that includes market and non-market housing, community schools, daycare facilities, parks and plazas, commercial retail space, and waterfront walkways and bicycle paths.

The firm was involved in developing three of the neighbourhoods: Yaletown Edge, Roundhouse and International Village. DA was further involved in designing eight of the high-rise buildings and the elementary school.
