Located near Mt. Seymour Parkway in North Vancouver, Parkgate Civic Centre offers a wide range of neighbourhood recreational facilities. The library, childcare, youth and seniors’ activity centre, health care services, all focused on a public square, creates Placemaking that is enjoyed by the community. A wood-trussed covered walkway links the buildings together. The complex harmonizes with its natural and residential surroundings, and maximizes available natural light and views of the adjacent forest.
