This project involved the renovation of the third floor of the occupied Discovery 1 to accommodate office space and meeting rooms for SFU Faculty, and 3 classrooms for Fraser International College.  The scope of the project increased to include the conversion of four classrooms into swing office space in Discovery 2.  Creating an attractive and functional work environment for faculty, while maintaining the tight project budget and minimizing disruption to occupied spaces were project objectives.
