DA Architects + Planners is excited for the completion of Gateway Residences at Park Royal. The towers are situated prominently at the corner of Marine Drive & Taylor Way in West Vancouver. The project includes 298 rental units within two towers 16 and 19 stories in height, and a 4-storey mixed-use podium. The podium includes a 37 capacity childcare located on the second floor.

The towers are clad in light metal panel with punched window expression that is contrasted by the dark rich brick at the base. The warmth of wood grain animates the ground level public realm, as well as the colouration of the louvers, that provide sun shading up the tower, giving the project a distinctly west-coast identity.
