The Oakridge Multi-Family Development proposal aims to provide a range of amenities to the Oakridge neighborhood. The project will contribute to the community by providing below-market rental housing and encouraging new businesses in the area. The buildings will be designed with a unique contemporary character, utilizing high-quality materials, colors, and finishes. The project will also feature a landscaped mid-block pathway and a variety of unit sizes from studios to family units catering to the diverse needs of the community.
