The next exciting phase of Townline’s “The Gardens” is a complex 5 storey retail/residential building that completes the west end of the Gardens pedestrian oriented commercial village.  Completed well ahead of schedule, the hybrid structure (non-combustible podium under wood frame upper levels) uses façade geometry and lively colours to provide an animated elevational composition.
