This 30-storey mixed-use high-rise in Coal Harbour uniquely relates to the view possibilities and the nearby waterfront amenities, while enhancing the streetscape with vibrant storefront and public art. Unique design features are the elevator lobbies day-lighting towards the south, and the residential amenity and meeting space occupying the entire penthouse level of the tower. A grocery store at the base provides a much-needed asset to this emerging neighbourhood.
