The project consists of 298 rental residential units, a 37-capacity childcare, 20,000 sq. ft. of at-grade retail space, a public plaza and water park, all contributing to the range of uses within Park Royal Centre development.

Based on the work by DIALOG Architects, DA modified the design to add five stories, creating the sixteen and nineteen story project that will be completed early in 2022.
