This 26 story tower is situated at the eastern boundary of West Vancouver, near the corner of Capilano Road and Marine Drive.  The tower consists of 54 rental units and 122 condos.  Six of the rental units will be non-market, Passive House town homes.

DA took over the project from Chris Dikeakos Architects and have redesigned the project to change the unit mix and to increase the number of units.
