This 24 storey high-rise was the first residential building in Seylynn Village, a new multi-phase master-planned community in the District of North Vancouver. The tower with townhouse podium base includes a terraced entry plaza and cascading water feature that creates a vibrant sense of place and arrival for the neighbourhood. The building form is strongly molded by its context with units oriented to capture park, mountain and water views. Lush gardens, oversize balconies and large roof terraces with extensive planting celebrate this beautiful setting. The contemporary architectural expression is defined by asymmetrical massing, carefully composed feature wall elements and rich accent colours in a thoughtfully considered geometrical proportion.
A unique lantern light feature on the top of the tower is a neighbourhood landmark at night.
