This project is the second residential tower in the master-planned Seylynn Village neighbourhood. The 28 storey tower form, podium and building siting is strongly influenced by its location east of Seylynn Park and the Lynn Valley ravine beyond, with generous balconies and large terraces oriented to capture water, park and mountain vistas.

Highly articulated two-storey townhouses create welcoming residential facades that define a series of new community open spaces, while an inviting corner cafe promises to become a popular meeting place for locals.

Its asymmetrical composition, use of pattern, and contemporary palette of materials, with colours inspired by the lush natural landscape contribute to creating a rich pedestrian experience.
