This 6-storey mixed-use building is the second part of the new SeyLynn Village neighbourhood development in the emerging Lower Lynn Town Centre.  The indoor pool and fitness facility together with the proposed Central Commons and Plaza will provide a significant community focus, while the rental component will offer an affordable housing alternative for residents in this diverse community.  A Child Care facility with outdoor play space is also included.

This building’s contemporary character is influenced both by the lush North Shore setting and the areas historic industrial context.  An alternating rhythm of deep-set and projecting balconies of varying shades of ‘sky blue’ contrast with textured metal accent panels to create a rich backdrop for the amenity wing.
