Situated at the north end of the Iron Workers’ Memorial Bridge, this project sets the standard of development for the emerging Lower Lynn community on the North Shore.  This project comprises three high-rise residential towers and podium buildings that are expressive of the unique characteristics of the site and the north shore context.   The towers are designed and composed to maximize views and minimize shadowing within the development.

Seylynn Village also provides a central amenity hub building containing an indoor swimming pool, exercise rooms, club facilities and a child care centre.  A rental housing component is also included to encourage a diverse community to evolve.
