‘Delta Sky’ is the first tower project proposed in the Special Development Area of the Townline Neighbourhood. The building initiates revitalization in an area that is currently dominated by low density, auto-oriented uses.

The overall composition is designed to express the rooftop garden and amenity space.  The structure stands as a prominent lantern element visible on the horizon.

The asymmetry of the form is further reinforced through the contrasting balcony treatment at the opposing corner of the building.  The bold vertical fin element with adjacent repetitive bright blue balconies near the intersection contrasts the screen-like horizontal expression of the white glass frit railings.

The proposed corner plaza with water feature connects the residential lobby with the commercial unit and outdoor seating.  This will contribute to a more vibrant and pedestrian-friendly public realm.
