This large development is comprised of two rental residential towers situated above a vibrant mixed-use podium that includes office and conference spaces, neighbourhood café and 49 space childcare facility; all within a short walk to the adjacent Skytrain station.

The top floor of each residential tower offers extensive indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. These amenities include fitness facilities and multipurpose social rooms, providing residents with various opportunities for recreational activities and socializing. Additionally, the lower levels of the podium feature landscaped gardens creating opportunities for child play and private terraces for residents. Other dedicated spaces serve as gathering areas for office employees, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment.

High quality durable materials include insulated metal panel cladding, high performance Low-E vision and spandrel glass, and decorative coloured frit pattern glass on feature balconies are used throughout the project, contributing to its unique contemporary presence on the emerging skyline.

This project combines residential, commercial, and recreational elements to create a vibrant and convenient living and working environment. Fostering a diverse and sustainable community, the project will set precedence for the neighbourhood.
