This proposed two tower residential development is located in the ever changing Maywood Neighbourhood adjacent to Metrotown in Burnaby. The towers will offer much needed market rental suites as well as provide 220 new non-market replacement rental units for current residents whom may have been otherwise displaced by development in the community.

The tower podiums are designed to define the public realm, with corner glass entry lobbies along Telford. These lobbies frame the central courtyard and children’s play space.

Tower forms are simple and slender with clearly defined wall and window elements that accentuate their vertical proportions. A staggered alternating rhythm of balconies characterised by a variety of coloured frit glass, picket railings and translucent glass privacy screens extend the height of both the street and lane elevations.

Each tower top features translucent glass canopy structures that will provide weather protection for outdoor amenity dining and fitness spaces. These back-lit features will glow providing a unique presence on the Burnaby skyline at night.
