This two-tower 19 storey and podium development is located within the everchanging Oakridge neighbourhood; which is being transformed from predominantly single-family houses to a vibrant, high density mixed-use community situated close to transit, shops and services. The Oakridge Multi-Family Development will offer much-needed housing and childcare.

The project aims to foster a sense of community among its residents by providing extensive amenities in both buildings. Each building will have landscaped podium terraces with outdoor seating, urban garden plots, and dog run areas. Additionally, the rooftops will feature fitness facilities, lounges, kitchens, outdoor dining spaces, and play areas dedicated to small children.

A unique contemporary character is being sought for the project through the use of colour and high- quality materials and finishes. While the massing of the buildings is mirrored, specific qualities are emphasized to create a rich and varied pedestrian experience. Balcony shape, glass frit colour, pattern and orientation are diverse for each podium façade. These strategies are also reflected in specific areas on the towers themselves.
