This six-storey building will provide 38 residential housing units in the Marpole neighbourhood, while providing commercial space that will support and enhance the City’s vision for this area as a mixed-use community service node.

The building design takes advantage of this high profile corner location immediately east of Ebisu Park. Proposed commercial units along Osler Street and 72nd Avenue open to an enhanced public realm with landscape, benches and lighting.

The projects stepped massing offers a series of generous private balconies and roof terraces. In addition, two common south-facing outdoor amenity spaces include areas for gathering, barbecuing, dining, children’s play, and gardening for residents.

The contemporary architectural character is defined by its use of high quality-materials. Brick and large display windows clad the commercial base, while two shades of metal panel clad the upper-level residential.
