This landmark 32 storey high-rise mixed-use development is the final phase proposed for the Seylynn Village neighbourhood. Apex will be the tallest tower in the Lower Lynn Town Centre in the District of North Vancouver.
Design inspiration is derived from the surrounding mountain setting, the areas industrial history and neighbourliness steel bridges. Asymmetry in the overall composition provides areas of exuberance contrasted with areas of quiet.
Repetition, pattern and layering of materials are utilised to accentuate the visual thinness of the tower on the skyline. Highly articulated commercial shops are situated along the emerging Mountain Highway shopping street, while brick clad townhouses with large landscaped terraces contribute to a rich pedestrian experience.
