This adventurous project is the first residential building in Seylynn Village, a multi-phase master-planned community in the District of North Vancouver. The 24-storey tower with townhouse podium includes a terraced entry plaza and cascading water feature that together creates a unique sense of place and arrival for the neighbourhood.

The context with units oriented to capture park, mountain and water views strongly influences the building form. Shape and orientation compliment the site while maximing solar exposure. Lush gardens, oversize balconies and large roof terraces with extensive planting embrace this beautiful setting. The asymmetrical massing, feature wall elements and rich accent colours define the contemporary architectural character. The architecture carefully harmonizes these to compliment the composition of the overall future community.

A unique lantern light feature on the top of the tower is a neighbourhood landmark at night.
