This project is the second residential tower in the master-planned Seylynn Village neighbourhood. Compass’ location east of Seylynn Park and the Lynn Valley ravine beyond strongly influence the form and building siting. The 28-storey tower offers generous balconies and large terraces oriented to capture water, park and mountain vistas.
The highly articulated two-storey townhouses create welcoming residential facades that define a series of new community open spaces. An inviting corner cafe promises to become a popular meeting place for locals.
