The Gateway Residences are situated prominently at Park Royal at the SW corner of Marine Drive & Taylor Way. The project consists of 298 rental residential units, a 37-capacity childcare, at-grade retail space, public plaza and water park. All these components contribute to the range of uses within Park Royal Centre development.
Based on the design by DIALOG Architects, DA Architect + Planners continued the work to complete the project. Working alongside the District of West Vancouver, DA modified the design to add five stories to each building. The conversion to sixteen and nineteen storey towers facilitated in making this project a success.
