This 6-storey mixed-use building is the second part of the Seylynn Village development in the emerging Lower Lynn Town Centre. The indoor pool and fitness facility together with the proposed Central Commons and Plaza will provide a significant community focus. This building’s contemporary character is influenced both by the lush North Shore setting and the areas historic industrial context.  An alternating rhythm of deep-set and projecting balconies of varying shades of ‘sky blue’ contrast with textured metal accent panels to create a rich backdrop for the amenity wing.
