This proposed mixed-use development is located immediately south of the emerging Seylynn Village neighbourhood that together, builds upon the District’s vision for a vibrant, new, Lynn Tower Centre.

The urban design concept provides for variety in the scale of buildings, ranging from 6 – 19 storeys.  The pedestrian and cycling opportunities, throughout the site, have expanded with the introduction of a new lane and Greenway.

The overall character of the buildings draw part of their inspiration from the lush, natural, North Shore setting.  Also contributing are the neighbouring industrial buildings with their simple forms and use of robust materials.  Each building design is to be distinct in form and detail, with careful use of complementary materials and colours.
