Tapestry at Arbutus Walk is located on a site previously occupied by the Vancouver and Carling Breweries. The building design seeks to reference the historic landmark while maintaining a contemporary
residential expression.

The concrete building contains senior congregate care units, rental and market suites, with common areas including a lounge and dining area, games room, library and tenant services. Rooftop gardens are provided to serve all residents.

The project was designed by DA Architects + Planners in collaboration with Davidson Yuen Simpson Architects.
