We are proud to announce that our 32-storey high-rise residential project, Apex at Seylynn Village, has received Platinum for High Rise & Skyscraper Architecture, and Bronze for Single & Multi-family House Design, at the International Architecture & Design Awards 2026!

The tower provides a total of 276 units, achieved through a combination of studios, townhouses and family units. Commercial retail units are located along Mountain Highway and townhouses wrap around the remaining sides of the development. Referencing the colour tones of river rocks and the transparency of flowing water at Lynn Creek, the podium level is wrapped with earthy tones and ample transparency through glazing.

create a palette that reflects the surrounding mountain skyline. Referencing the foot of the mountains to
the peaks.

Apex
The north west facade sweeping curvilineal horizontal and vertical bands run across the envelope meanwhile
each distinct curved element accentuating its own presence & drawing the eye. The strategic arrangement
of vertical and horizontal elements combine to create a unique silhouette along the skyline.

A strong rigid and orthogonal interpretation of the elements of the mountains characterizes the face of the south-east facade.
