Federal Funding update for our Telford project: on March 3 we were pleased to attend an announcement by the Honourable Gregor Robertson, Minister of Housing and Infrastructure and Minister responsible for Pacific Economic Development Canada alongside Wade Chang, Member of Parliament for Burnaby Central, and Dr Yufeng Wang, Owner and Founder, Baydo Group. $115.1 million of funding is being provided from the federal government, through the Apartment Construction Loan Program (ACLP). ACLP is providing low-cost financing to support more than 131,000 new rental homes across Canada by 2031 – 2032. To read about this annoucement more click here.
