Presenting our project at 2260 & 2266 West 2nd Avenue in the Kitsilano neighbourhood. It is located on a steep sloping site, within the walking distance to nearby shopping district, parks and the Kitsilano Beach.

This 23-storey all-residential tower will bring 176 units of rental housing into the neighbourhood, including 36 below-market units. Fitness amenity space is located at the base of the tower, adjacent to the child play area, while the rooftop amenity includes a social lounge, party room, games room and theatre, as well as an expansive outdoor area with sweeping city and ocean views.

The tower is designed to maximize the number of units with corner window exposures to capture views of the water, while featuring large private balconies for enhanced outdoor space and livability.

The rooftop features an expressive “butterfly” roof inspired by the lightness of birds in flight. This sloped ceiling of the shared amenity space opens upward to embrace the spectacular city and mountain views.
