We were pleased to attend the topping off ceremony for our Richards & Drake project last month. The tower now stands 41 stories tall with window wall system nearly complete.

This ambitious mixed-use development is under construction to replace an ageing 2-story institutional building located in the new Yale town neighbourhood in downtown Vancouver.  The podium will include institutional, cultural, educational and community uses; with 198 affordable rental housing units in the tower above.
