Our new exciting project at the Broadway & Commercial Skytrain station is now up on Shape Your City. The proposal includes a 31-storey residential tower with 207 secure market rental units, on a commercial podium with retail at grade and community & office spaces above. The tall, slender tower form is defined by strong verticals that also make their way into the podium expression.
